This coil spring manufacturer said "Improve my existing equipment". The automation in place could not handle the variety of spring sizes that needed to be produced.

Solution
Kinemetrix designed, built and installed agile grippers on the existing robot systems. The new grippers handled all required sizes and became the new plant standard for future systems.
