Machined Hole Inspection

Challenge
A low volume manufacturing operation needed a reliable method to inspect holes machined into a part. The method needed to blend with the other manually tended operations on the line.

Solution
A manually loaded inspection machine was provided. Once loaded, the machine steps through an automated process using vision to perform the inspection. Non-conforming parts are captured and good parts are presented to the operator for unloading.
